Not happy with this at all

It barely cools the room which is not that big but only after the sun has gone down. The vent that goes to the window doesn’t adjust to the size of my window and because of this hot air comes back in. Also vent doesn’t seem to be made of very good material and I don’t expect it to last past summer without breaking. I would NOT buy this unit again and I’m kind of sad I spent money on it. Near useless for me.

I just switched back to a window unit and it's a complete difference. Avoid portable if you can. This did the job just not as good as one that goes in the window.

Was well within the square footage to cool the room. Ran all night and did cool some but nothing like I thought it would. Also, the water tank was full the next morning. I was disappointed in it not cooling well. But, most importantly I realized that since I have wooden shutters I was not going to be able to vent the hose out the window like it should be. Not a Best Buy issue but product issue on not cooling well.
