Worked great for about 6 months!! It works as a nice white noise style machine at night too. The only issue is there was a system error that caused a constant blinking red light. I contacted support and nothing worked to fix it. Ultimately I returned but worked great while i had it

It’s a decent device the reason for loss of 2 stars is the auto function doesn’t work it just stays on the lowest setting and lowest setting does not filter anything. Reason for loss of the second star is because it goes from a non Filtatron barely running but a little squeaky low to full blast medium and then high is just a little above medium so they did not calibrate these things to well. It works on high and filters on high and it is pretty loud on medium and high. It’s not something you can leave running for 24hrs a day without running up the electric and I have not received a bill for the running month yet but I know it will be significantly higher. Also I think a lot of stores would give you more than 30 days to return this thing but not Best Buy so keep that in consideration if it breaks down you will have to go to the manufacturer but no returning after 30 days

Having 3 cats and 1 dog makes it tough when im trying to sleep. I can actually breathe with my nose instead of being a mouth breathing monster!

Works good only problem is it's saying to change the filter only after 2 months but says should last 6

Bought it as a gift. The family uses it. They like that they can see that the air in their home is clean!

Quiet and Clean, with 2 dogs , and 2 cats there is a lot of fur , and dander to contend with. Since using the purifier , is seems like I have a better quality of air

The Insignia Air Purifier looks good and performs well, and we like the way it displays the current AQI. We got it to help with pollen and wildfire smoke. Bonus, it also helped keep the rest of the family healthy when one of us came home with COVID. The Insignia is a better value than some more expensive competing models that are "smart", i.e., you can control them via an app on your phone. We couldn't care less about that gratuitous feature. The buttons on the Insignia work just fine.

Great product so far, does what it is designed to do

I've been using this product for about 10 months and have used three filters. The product itself is inexpensive, however, the filters are costly. It does the job of removing unwanted odors in the house. Recently, I have been struggling with getting a replacement filter. They are out of stock. I cannot use the air purifier unless I have the new filter. I would not recommend this product. There are better and more established brands out there with filters that are always available.

Pros: love how quiet it can be and also seeing the numbers right up front. Cons: at night can hear some odd plastic noise coming from it and seems to go and come back frequently.
