Filter replacements out of stock for MONTHS!

Good product, but replacement filters have been out of stock for MONTHS, rendering our purifier useless. How do you sell a product that you no longer carry the replacement filters? Or won’t for months at a time? Absolutely absurd decision by BestBuy and completely unacceptable.

This air filter does no such thing - it just cleans the air! I am only rating 4 stars because I wish it was available in black and I wish the LEDs could be disabled because we sleep with it on at night.

You can find a cheaper machine

Then the red light for the filter came on. At $40 per filter every 4 months, this is one expensive machine to maintain. I made a mistake with this purchase. Also, it beeps every time you change a setting, and you will have to because it forgets the speed when you turn it off. This is very inconvenient at night.

It can be brittle and one of the rear tabs broke on the filter housing when I pulled it out of the box. However it is a store brand and is very affordable.

It's in a basement and the air does seem to be a bit better now, but I have to manually up the fan speed to get it to work a little harder as it always seems to default to low thinking that the air is cleaner than it really is.
