The purifier seems to work well. But replacement filters have yet to be available. If you can't replace the filter, the machine can't work. If the machine can't work I can't honestly rate it well.

Posted .Very sorry for the trouble brought to your use. The filter is currently out of stock and we will have units arriving over next 1-2 weeks. Then you can get the replacement. Filter life varies based on runtime and existing air conditions. If you think your air condition is not very bad, you can use the old filter until you get new replacement.

Filter is not even easily available and price continues to climb. At $100 original price (on sale), $40 per filter 2x year. Another example of home appliance life cycle diminishing to less than 3-5 years (same issue with my Shark Vacuum!)
