    Love it when it works ! With every other day usage and just under 2 weeks of ownership the unit sporadically shuts down when started on low fan speed. The other two fan speeds seem to work but selecting low speed either from start up or when reducing from a higher fan speed causes the unit to shut down completely. There is a slight fan wobble which seems to be associated with the slow speed shut down. Exchanging and keeping fingers crossed for a reliable unit.

    The replacement filters for this air purifier have been discontinued and Best Buy support has been effectively useless, much like this air purifier without replacement filters. DO NOT PURCHASE

      Very sorry for the trouble brought to your use. The filter is currently out of stock and we will have units arriving over next 1-2 weeks. Then you can get the replacement. Filter life varies based on runtime and existing air conditions. If you think your air condition is not very bad, you can use the old filter until you get new replacement. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    It works but i wasnt wowed. Nice size isnt slient. Makes a considerable about of noise.

    Since their filter's usually sold out, there's no point on buying this air purifier. Total waste and can't even return since I bought it a few months ago. Purchase only if you want to throw your $$ in the trashcan.

    I loved this Air purifier and thought it worked well...until it didn't. Suddenly one day about 6 months after purchase, it just quit working altogether. Not a cheap product so not a happy camper here.

    Purchase an air purifier at the direction of my allergist. This one does an ok job for the price. It comes with a nice sized filter.

      The air cleaner can remove particulate matter that is circulating in the air. Could you please check whether the digits displayed is already at a low level (green color) which signifies the air quality is already very good? Please also check whether the plastic bag has been removed from the filter inside the filter cabinet. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    I remember buying this thinking it was new, when it was clearly used. The package had tons of tape on it and had a strange smell (definitely not the brand new plastic smell most electronics have). immediately went and returned it for a full refund.

    I live in an average size apartment with pets, so i wanted an air purifier to make allergens less of a concern. This product worked for a few days, and then when i went to change the fan speed from "auto" to a higher speed, the purifier simply crapped the bed. All of the buttons stopped responding, and the control panel screen kept flashing on and off constantly while making a repeated beeping noise. Even unplugging it directly from the outlet, the screen kept flashing and kept making beeping noises. I let it sit unplugged for a few hours, plugged it back in, it seemed to work for a few minutes, then again, went to simply change the fan speed, and encountered the same exact series of events. Had to return this product unfortunately.
