This has to be, by FAR, the worst television I've ever owned or used. It doesn't retain settings, randomly changes settings, and goes to a black screen without warning every couple of hours or so. The newest issue is it likes to turn on randomly, and it turns itself on and goes to the HBO app when it somehow turns on with my PS4. I have that option disabled. About half the time when I turn it on to use my PS4, it won't load any inputs unless I unplug the TV for about 10 minutes. I have 200mb internet service, and this thing runs like it's on dial up. I timed it once, and it took a full 8 minutes from power on to usability. Thinking disabling internet access would help was wrong. It only sped things up about 25 or 30 seconds. To be 100% honest, it doesn't always do this, but it does happen more than it doesn't. As a photographer, I know how to, and like to set up the color on my screens to accurately show what I'm seeing. I have another cheap ($140) 40" TV that has no "smart" capabilities, and it has more settings for the display alone than this TV has for every feature it has. Comparing it to the aforementioned cheap TV, it has a noisy/grainy texture when I run my PS4 Pro that no other TV we have does. Sound quality isn't terrible, but it's not far off. I consistently have to have the volume at 85+ to hear clearly, and at that level you get that static/hiss sound. But to be fair, it's decent when it works properly. To sum it up, this TV cheated on whatever test it passed to earn the "smart" label. If I could have returned it, I would have. Since it sat in its box for almost a month and then took about 2 more weeks to show any issues, I was well past the return period. On a side note, it took as long as it took to write this review for it to go to black. Again. That's enough for this review. Since time = money, I've already spent more time in it than this TV is worth. WORST TV EVER.

nice TV wish I had got a bigger one maybe next year

Excellent tv for my ten year old sons room. He uses it for Netflix and PS4.
