TV has a great picture. It is a perfect size for the bedroom. It picks up wifi from a long range.

Nicely priced 39-inch smart tv. We upgraded from the 32-inch model. We bought the 32 open box and had a problem with it (no volume). Be careful buying open box items. Bestbuy will only return your money, versus replacing the item. They did not have another 32 open box available, but had the 39 open box. We purchased it for a price difference and are happy with it.

Not a big tv watcher and wanted to get rid of cable. Chose the Insignia Fire Smart TV because I needed something easy to set up and operate. Took longer to automatically update it's software than anything else but all I had to do was sit and wait a few minutes. Only negative I've experienced so far is occasionally the unit goes black like it timed off. Pushed a few random buttons on the remote and it pops back on. Haven't found the reason this happens yet but it doesn't happen every day.

Easy to set up and nice quality picture. I bought this for my mother and she had no trouble at all getting it working.

It was pretty fast at first but quickly started lagging. I suppose that's relatively always going to be an issue with smart tv's but this seemed pretty bad for a bit. It's since let up and isn't "as bad" - I attribute to deleting apps and keeping the bare minimum on it.

This is simply a great tv. Clear picture and great price. Easy start up and no problems thus far. I am now team Best Buy!!!

This Television is awesome! I was skeptical of it being a good brand since it was priced fairly cheap on sale! But was I ever wrong! The color is great! The volume is loud! The weight is just right! I had my sister get the same one! The best part is you don’t need a cable box! Everything is built into the tv programming! Bought a fire stick and bam we got instant tv!

The television was easy to setup and works well. Price was very good. I am pleased with this tv.

So far I've had this TV for two days and I am very happy. I got is a bedroom TV and it handles the function well. Streaming apps work great, easy to set up, and the voice activated Alexa remote makes things so much easier. Interface is easy to navigate as is adding apps from the App Store. Highly recommend this TV. I would recommend adding. sound bar for enhanced sound quality as factory speakers are average and some apps are louder than others.

Great little TV. I purchased this one open box Sound is not the best feature on it, but with this price one could spend the money on a sound bar or such. The picture is decent on it. I use it mostly for a monitor while riding my bike and using a virtual app. But i also use it as a TV some, too. There are lots of things you can watch on it, I'm just not a big TV watcher... I'd rather be doing something more productive.
