We bought this 39” version for our Au Pair’s room since she was using an iPad to watch tv in room at night. This TV has a great picture except for when she tries to stream a 4K Netflix stream. It looks weird but since this is 720p TV, I should have expected that but regular HD streams are fabulous on this TV.

Nice TV!

Parental controls are awesome- can set up awake time and bed time to limit screen time if necessary and he can’t turn on in the middle of the night. Response time has been a bit slow when moving the remote but it is manageable. Upgraded internet speed in the house to see if that is resolved

GOOD BASIC FIRE TV

Remote is the only thing which limited the rating to Good. Remotes do not have number pad or other features but that trend is increasing. Screen based control is taking over, so this trend is likely to continue. Screen resolution was a concern, but that has not made the product any less acceptable.
