After not being able to purchase a 40 inch tv due to not in stock or on back order, my local best buy store able to find the Insignia 39 inch TV in the store and on sale. Got GEEK squad to install. After a little snafus after installation tv is working fine with somewhat easy to use.

So far, we love our TV. It has so many options and apps. Free movies and tv shows from numerous apps. Only issue is the ok button on the remote, right after pulling it out of the package, the button was stuck down. We got it unstuck but was just frustrating for a new remote.

Was a 39" TV for $149 for a bedroom. So not expecting much more than basics. Works like any other TV, and no issues with picture quality, Fire TV was very easy to set up and so far all working great. Would definitely buy again

This is the second TV purchased from Best Buy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about products. The Insignia Smart Fire TV was an excellent value for the money we spent. Just what we were looking for. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great picture, easy to set up TV.

Prefect TV for our kitchen. We use many of the Amazon products, so this fits right in. I think it is the most user friendly Smart TV. The only downside is that the speakers don't get very loud during the noisy times that occur in the kitchen.

Loaded with apps. Good picture Nice price Only thing not happy about. Theres only 1 control button on the tv. Push 1x for menu. 2x for power. Haven't figured out if 3x is for volume If I lose the remote, it's a big paper weight.

Bought as a gift. It has a way better set up than either my toshiba or Vizio. Hooked up a cheap set of rabbit ears and am able to get 36 channels. The program guide for this tv is awesome. You can check listings at least 5 days ahead. Great picture, good sound, fantastic set up of features.

I love this Fire TV. The sound on this unit is phenomenal. I am so impressed and happy with my purchase. Good deal on a fabulous piece of equipment.

The color is bold & bright. Very vivid. Great size for a bedroom. The only thing that upsets me with this TV is the lag when attempting to open apps. Sometimes I need to exit the app because it takes forever to download. I have to go back in often. That’s the only annoying part of this purchase.

I love this TV. Perfect size for room. Giving four stars only because I’m not a fan of the remote control. The batteries seem to die quickly. Granted the first set was their brand, so that’s normal. However, the second set was name brand and I’m already being notified the batteries are low.

This is a very easy to use, very easy to set up entry-level television. It only took a matter of minutes for the apps to update and be ready to use. For an extra TV in the bedroom, this thing is perfect, and also, this could make a great primary television set in your living room.

This tv is awesome! It has all the newer software/apps to use. It was very easy to setup. For the price its a great option. I still have a 50", that isn’t smart, from over 10 years ago, made by Insignia, thats still running fine. I would highly suggest this tv.

Using as a 3rd screen computer monitor to practice presentations on for work. Needed something I could easily see when walking around (mock presenting) in my basement office but wasn’t completely obnoxious hanging on my wall.

An excellent TV for the price. It's the perfect size for most bedrooms and has a nice, clear screen. The built-in Amazon Fire is nice bonus feature. Try to find this on sale and you will be very happy with your purchase. It really is comparable to some of the more established brand names.

My girlfriend tv went bad earlier in the year before Covid hit. So getting a new one had to be put on pause. I bought this for a Xmas gift and she loves it. Especially the smart tv features and the much better picture quality. It could not be beat for the price. I would highly recommend!

The apps all work well and the picture quality is very nice. Volume is good, overall very nice TV without a ridiculous price tag. Perfect size for the space in the guest bedroom. No issues so far.

It works just as good as any other brand. Quality may be a little bit less than say a Samsung, but I just watch it from my bedroom and when I get up in the morning. It does its job and has decent quality too!

What a great deal I got on this TV. 99bucks! My mom needed a new set as her old one broke. She has a built in wall unit so size mattered. This was perfect and built in fire tv. Win-Win for me and a Merry Christmas for Mom! So far playing like a charm and great picture. She loves it!

This is the first Smart TV I have owned. Picture quality is great. I purchased at a great price. The only issue I had was with figuring out how to get my cable box to connect with the tv but once I figured that out, no issues. I will be completely ditching cable in about a week anyway though.

Purchased for use on outside of rv while camping. Picture quality, WiFi reception both are excellent. I have several insignia TV sets and they have always been reliable and a quality product. I expect this one will be as well Very satisfied with it.
