Machine arrived on a Wednesday and I called for a return on Thursday! Every error code that could possibly appear, did so on the first day. The machine would never complete a cycle without an error code. Forget about all the bells and whistles….. this appliance is a piece of junk! Shame on Best Buy for selling such an inferior product. Ended up purchasing a name brand GE washing machine that actually works! Save time and headaches….. avoid this machine at all costs!

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money - Junk!

If you are only washing socks and underwear you'll be fine, however if you have a working household this thing is junk. Anything heavier than t-shirts and pillowcases it can't handle. It doesn't clean them or spin them out. They are soaking wet when done if it will even finish the cycle. Do not buy this machine if you have a lot of jeans or heavy winter wear or live with a geriatric patient. I bought this at Christmas time and had I not missed the 15 day return it would be back at the store. Never again!

Seems to be a common problem and only one website had the lid. For the price of the lid i coukd get a washer that had a normal lid without that lock feature.
