Best Buy did a great job with the features and functionality. Even includes a self clean cycle to be used without additional cleaning agents. Very quiet and smooth operation as long as you level the washer. Must use HE soap no biggie!

This unit is very good and comparable to a much more expensive set of washer and dryer I purchased that is made by Samsung... I highly recommend it as it has very similar features to much more expensive brand names. My friend LOVES it!!

It worked for about 6 months and broke. We probably did like 3 loads a day. I had purchased the Geek Squad protection because it covers commercial use. The catch is that they have 30 DAYS to get the part. Well, I don’t know who can wait 30 days for their washer to be repaired. In our case we had to finally throw the thing away in Dec and buy something from Lowe’s. Total loss. The Geek Squad coverage was a complete joke!!!
