    this is a pretty awesome washer. the delivery men were amazing too! they carried it downstairs and the deliver took about 12 minutes including taking my old washer to the curb. so smooth and quick with no problems !!

    You'll need to "fluff" your clothes after the regular cycle and then just run it on "drain and spin", but also drain and spin for some reason will change itself to "rinse and spin" so instead of trying to dry out your clothes it just soaks them again. Absolutely the worst washing machine I've ever owned and I'm a few washes away from just putting it out on the curb less than 2 months after buying it.
