It can't be opened to add something or take out what I don't want washing as long as the rest of the load. It makes such a weird washing sound and I really don't think it adds enough water to the load. It takes up a lot of floor space for the size of the load it takes.

I also believe that this washer should be between $300 to $350. This is my opinion as a former salesman.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is hard to say where the 1 start sits, but I will address both. 14 months ago (now two months out of warranty) I bought this washer and the belt proceeded to split incapacitating the ability to spin. Not big deal.. order a new belt. The earliest delivery date for the part through Geek Squad (or any source) is at least 37 days,.. ridiculous. Keep in mind this is Best Buy's private label product. So I go into the best buy on 66th St. in St. Pete Florida looking for some type of solution to me not being able to use my washer for what will be approaching two months due to their faulty part. ZERO attempt by the manager to facilitate any type of assistance or compensation. Which is worse - the washer or Best Buy hard to say. The lesson is if you do buy this thing make sure to purchase the additional warranty as the product quality is low and Best Buy is useless.

The washer doesnt spin the water out of the clothes. I thought maybe it was too many clothes in the qasher at first then i tried it with only one article of clothing and it still did the same. Smh

It fills fast and exactly how much I need. I also have noticed it does use less electricity than my old one. My daughter loves watching the clothes go around.
