    Returned this washer the first day after it was delivered. It would not soak, it went directly to wash and was washing my clothes dry. I tried everything and it kept washing my clothes dry. We tested it prior and it filled the washer with water for two pieces of clothes on a short wash, I should have known that it had issues. Customer service said maybe it was a defective one that I got.

    This machine is horrible. Even with a small load it gives me error codes. It wastes water and electricity as I have to stand there and watch so that the machines does not restart over and over again.

    the only thing wrong is the startup load adjust it sets always to one side and watch the set up people they had the water lines backwards and the drain hose was not stuck in far in enough good thing i checked more training and have there partner check there work

    Biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. Poorly engineered, poorly built and nothing but problems. The pre-wash cycle gyrates all the laundry into one big ball and then it can't complete the spin cycle because all the weight is on one side of the tub. Called to have it fixed and they told me that parts are not available...?? I just bought this maching 14 months ago....really....!?! Will never buy Insignia products again...!!

    Thia is a basic machine but seems to have any cycle you might need. There is one problem. I don't think the auto sense cycle puts in enough water. Even the full tub option is stingy..
