Best Buy had great customer support to refund or replace (same or different) machine. No added costs of delivery were incurred. Upgraded to a direct-drive machine from this belt drive (noisy) one. Purchased a 5-year extended warranty for peace of mind.

Not a good customer service. Technician's left the machine that doesn`t work, and no body called back or came back to solve the issue.

BY FAR THE WORST WASHER I HAVE EVER HAD!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It makes a loud knocking noise when switching water temps and when it spins a few times to guesstimate the amount of time, it pushes all of the clothes to one s side causing it to be an uneven load. It does not seem to be able to wash to it’s full capacity. I’ve filled the washer (not packing it) and making sure there was plenty of room at the top, yet my kid’s clothes would still have food and crust on them. I absolutely HATE IT! If I could rate it a “0,” I would. Also, it will say 20 minutes left and here we are 45 minutes later still saying 8 minutes. It’ll stop in miss cycle for 2-5 minutes doing absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!

A lot of wash features on this reasonably priced unit. Not super quiet but quiet enough that if our laundry room door is shut you can’t really hear it or at least don’t notice it running.
