Not like those other machines that only damp wet your clothing requiring multiple washes.

In my opinion, it does not wash clothes as well as front load units. It is very noisy as it is washing, as well. For the price though, I can't say it is a bad unit- but I would not say it is a great unit. I am going back to Best Buy to return this today and to order a front loading unit..
