The thing about this washer is i constantly have an off balance load. It doesnt matter that i take care when loading the machine because the agitator moves and unevenly distributes the load causing a constant error. Ive had this about 2 years now, i could never recommend it.

This has been an okay washer so far. We just noticed it was leaking water during fill. After tracking it down a bit I found the water is overflowing the fabric softener cup. I saw other reviews saying they weren't even getting water in this cup. We do not select the button for fabric softener and water is shooting in there, so maybe try that? Seems like something is funky anyways. For now we disconnected the relay that supplies water to that cup.

Works as intended. We run the wash 3-4 times a week and have not had any issues. Clean our clothes well and drains efficiently.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would, First of all I bought this washer on september. I bought the warranty with it incase anything happens to it. 6 months later the washer is acting up and is not working properly. I call Geek Squad to check it out, they sent a subcontractor and said they had to order parts for it. It took them 1 week later for them to order parts. That was on March 17 when they went to see it. It is now April 7 and I called them several times already and they always say the same thing "We still waiting on the parts, there is nothing else we can do", they never do anything to try and help, I have to spend money every weekend to go wash, with all the money I have spent on weekends washing, I could have bought a new washer already. Now all they keep saying I have to wait another 3 weeks to see if parts come in or they will see what they can do. I will never buy another washer machine here again and their geek squad protection plan its not worth it. I do not recommend anyone buy this machine or their protection plans unless you want to wait months to get something fixed or nothing done. I will go elsewhere.

I absolutely loved this washing machine when I first purchased it. I have had it for 4 months and the water will no longer drain. The pump turns on, makes a humming noise and gets so hot that you can smell something burning. There is no clog in the drain pipe or home plumbing. My husband is a plumber and made sure of that. I contacted Bestbuy and was told that I had to contact Insignia who told me to contact Bestbuy who then transferred me to Insignia again. I finally spoke to a supervisor at Insignia who informed me that since I had this product installed by Bestbuy, the warranty is voided 1 month after installation. Now I have to find my own repair man & pay for repairs out of pocket. This is the worst customer service ever. Both Insignia and Bestbuy have lost my business & I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows what kind of business they are running.

Got this for my grandson and his wife for Christmas and she cried.They were both so happy..They loved it.

I was in need of a new washer due to my old machine had stop working and the warranty had expire. i look online at Best Buy and seen this machine and after reading the reviews I said wow I believe this is my new machine. I went straight to Best Buy store and purchase it.

Great product. I had it on tile floor and it would “walk” especially when spinning, so I purchased anti vibration foot risers and fhat solved the problem.

The product is dependable and very affordable. I love the washing machine I purchased and my family loves it also.

We have been using this same washer for a few years now. The only reason we had to buy a new one is due to our roommate leaving. This has been working for a long time and made doing the laundry very easy. We also noticed a drop in our water usage.
