We had it for one day and returned it the next. It never worked. It would stop mid cycle and show a code E4. We couldn't get it to finish a cycle. We even tried to adjust it and take clothes out thinking the load was too heavy. But nothing worked.

We use it in our small business for washing gowns. It does not get a tremendous amount of abuse or really even pushed hard. It started smelling like smoke about a month ago. Got a service request and the tech only needed 5 minutes to tell me three major things were wrong with it. Apparently those items are no longer available so Best Buy is replacing the unit. At least it was still under manufacturer warranty but still...

The warranty is up right at the year mark. Unfortunately 13months in the machine had error messages and started leaking. I asked bby support to help out since it was so close to the warranty. They wouldn’t help. Now I’m stuck buying a new machine as it’s more expensive to fix than buy a new one.
