I love everything about this washer! The safety features are awesome!

The machine works great. I had to get used to the auto leveling of the clothes.

I’m gonna start off with the fact that I used to work for Best Buy for five years and I stood behind insignia brand products! I would always buy them over buying another brand and I’m really sad to say that their products have gone downhill. Before purchasing this washer and dryer set, I had a basic plain cheapest model washer and dryer set from Home Depot that lasted me 12+ years. It’s still in the house that I sold. Now I wanted to buy a little upgraded one since we needed one for our new house and I’ve had nothing but problems with this washer machine. It always gives the E4 code error every time I do a bulky load and all I put in there is two twin size, comforters, comforter, twin size and two or three towels with it and every time it does the error code and it stops the cycle and as I readjust the cycle and the load and try to make it more balanced on the setting it will then again it has way more water so the water drains out you eventually have to power it off power back on. Then you hit power and drain and spin only and it still will fill more water up so in the end, you never end up being able to get the water out of the washing machine because it keeps wanting to refill it up and then you’re trying to get very heavy soaked comforters out of the washing machine that weigh a lot now and hang dry them outside or bring them to your bathroom and try to squeeze all the water out so you can put them in the dryer is not effective washer machine at all. I hate it. I’ve had this thing for two years. It’s been a nightmare.

This washer is great, it has a clear top so you can see what is going on inside and it has a full size agitator too. A great washer at a great price!

Works great. Fun to watch the clothes clean with the window in rhe door. Affordable!

It is a fairly loud washer. it works well for the price I paid. wish it had more wash options..

Two units in… first one was broken before the unit was ever used. Second one broke two months in with a small load. Returned/exchanged for an LG. Sad!

Great washer. I love the settings and options available. It’s a little bigger than the space I need it to fit in, but I love it so much I will have my husband figure out how to make it work.

This washer is very loud! It does a good job washing but turn on some music or turn up the tv to drown it out.

Definitely brought my water bill down, washes in as little water as possible but REALLY gets the clothes clean. I like it too because you can put the soap, bleach and fabric softener right at the start, no more running back and forth!

I have not ever used this brand before, but recently found out it is pretty good quality. The tenant is happy.

Great washer ,works great and clothes look great after washing. I now don't mind doing laundry.

I purchased this washer only 2 yrs ago and it’s already given out on me. I would not recommend this washer. It’s a very good price but not worth it, if after only 2 yrs I have to replace.

This washer was affordable and didn’t break the bank. Works great. Has many different settings and options. No complains thus far! Installed by Best Buy. Took less than an hour and the install employees were fantastic! Highly recommend!

When it works, it works fine. But I have now had two of this same model, and they both have had the suspension go bad, causing the drum to bang around on the inside walls of the washer. The first washer lasted less than 3 months, the second one lasted just under two years. Thankfully I had the Geek Squad protection on both, but both times when the Agent selected the parts for repair their system told them it was not "economically viable" to fix, and now for a second time the washer is getting outright replaced. Hopefully the LG I got lasts longer than this one did.
