And add too much or too little water also I never see suds in my wash but the clothes to appear to be clean . Soo I guess it’s doing the job

After washing a large load, the washing machine showed it had a error. I believe the problem was that the weights were thrown out of balance and it took a few attempts to restart it before it became balanced again. It may not be able to handle larger loads.

We bought this washer in November of 24. It worked fine for the first 2 to 3 months. Now it E4’s a few times EVERY wash. And that is no exaggeration! Anytime we do a load, we have to check it mid way so we can fix the E4. We usually have to pull everything out and line everything up against the wall of the drum and hope and pray that it doesnt E4 again. It usually E4’s 3 or 4 times a load. The agitator is so violent when it starts that it jerks everything to one spot and everything gets off balance. Crappy washer!
