One was it did not do a rinse cycle and went direct to spin. Called for service and nothing was done, again I call for help and someone came out and needed approx two weeks to try to fix. Hope the next service will work.

I gambled on the Insignia brand trying to stay away from the GEs and Whirpools and I must admit it's still holding up well.

We felt it was best to put this toward a new washer. The LG or GE washers we wanted just went off sale and out of stock for weeks. We needed a washer now. So we bought what was available. The new Insignia Washer is ok but seems to take an extremely long time to wash clothes. It takes 5-6 hours to do what our old washer would do in 3-4 hours.
