So very annoying and concerning. Clothes come out clean, but I’m a bit leery about that horrible sound every time I wash. Plus, I don’t like that it agitates for about 15 seconds before it dispenses the water.

I love all the extra choices I have to wash in. The machine cycles are quick and my electric bill has stayed low so I’m happy with my purchase.

The washer was just the right size. Extra functions which my old washer didnt have. However the washer is very very loud. The sound is annoying it sounds like a robot

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The washer has been a headache since I purchased it, it was so bad they had to replace it and when Geek squad replaced it, which cancelled my warranty I purchased for 3 years. As of 5/16/2024 the washer is giving error codes and it will cause me $124.99 just for Geek squad repair staff to look at it, then charge a diagnostic fee.

I wash my all clothes on heavy duty so they can get clean. These newer machines take too long to wash no matter the brand. The shortest cycle is 38 minutes. If you use any other cycle & you have a lot of clothes to clean you will be there all day.

Other than that, it's been good to us, no issues, great for being the budget friendly machine at the time of purchase

It is NOT quiet. It is so loud I can hear it from the other side of the house. It also doesn’t even wash well. Half the Downy scent beads are still in the washer when the cycle is finished. I absolutely dread doing laundry now! I am so disappointed and wish I picked a better brand.
