    This washer fits the bill perfectly. Easy to operate and get clothes clean clean clean. The long wash /rinse cycle is a bit annoying but I trade that for a great washer any day.

    Great purchase. The only thing is that if you pause it, you can’t change the temperature or spin after the washer has started. However, it’s a great product!

    Had this washer for about 2 months now. Really like it so far. No or little soap residue on my darks. Nice that it has window so you can see inside while load is being washed.

    This has been a terrible washing machine. The spin cycle broke just a little over a year of having it. Of course it was one month after the warranty expired. The lid broke because the spin cycle rocked the machine even though it was only a regular load of clothes. When I called to get it repaired they said they didn't have a replacement lid and basically told me they would have to call me at a later time. There is nothing I can do about my broken washing machine at this time and Insignia, which is Best Buy, can't help me. My last washing machine that I got from Sears lasted me more than 13 years. I should have gone with an established brand. I am very disappointed. I have a broken washing machine that is only 13 months old.

    It’s not as quiet as everyone says but it works for me. The wash cycles are very long but I guess it’s good. Overall I love it.
