We've had to get it serviced twice since then.. And will probably move on from it soon. Don't buy it if you want something that's going to last.

Chlotes are still very wet and you can’t wash too many chlotes without marking an error in the machine.

When I tried to have it replaced under the manufacturers warranty Best Buy was an absolute headache to deal with. They failed to show up to scheduled deliveries with no call and no show. They canceled deliveries multiple times. You cannot get ahold of anyone that has any power, because you just get sent to call centers.
