This is the second Insignia appliance that I have purchased that has had an issue a couple of months after the 1 year warranty has expired. The washer doesn't fill with enough water to cover the clothes, even when I choose the extra fill. I called an appliance repair company and they said the water control valve needs to be replaced. That is going to cost me $221. Almost half of what I paid for the washer. I just needed something to last 4 years. Apparently not to be. I went to the store on Maryland Pkwy in Las Vegas and spoke to the "Store Manager", some kid maybe in his twentys and told him what the issue was and what a piece of crap their brand is. He just looked at me and said sorry. I have been a customer for decades but will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Repair company stated it was an error with the control and display board. Advised me it would be more economical to buy a new machine, they were willing to fix but said I would be in the same boat a few months from now. I get mulitple error codes and it stops mid cycle locking the clothes in a tub full of water. Do not buy.

It does not stay level, the legs continually turn and become unlevel and I have to constantly fix the height adjustment to use the machine. I hate it, should have gone with a front load like my instinct told me to do but no listened to others say the top load was better. Will stick with LG and front load machines from now on.

Too much of a hassle, not worth it

The first washer did not function properly, and it took 4 canceled appointments over the span of a month to get the situation sorted out. When they finally replaced the washer for me, it came with a huge dent in the side of it. They were supposed to give me some money back for my troubles and damaged product, but they never did. 10/10 would never buy again.
