We purchased the eco friendly autosensing crap in September of 2019, and it stop working this weekend...February 8th, 2020, only5 Months. Not only did it stop working, but the customer care serve department hung up on my husband and I, seventeen times. They knew that their products are a piece of carp and they didn't do anything for us on repairs, exchange, or replacement parts, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS USELESS WASHER...We have decided to purchase a Maytag From Lowe's, because they have Excellent customer care serve.

Delivery and office personnel were very professional and apologetic. Third delivery was perfect!

It fills a bit, stops, then seems like it adds more water to the basin and when doing that, you hear the loud banging with each time the water shuts off. It’s obnoxious
