Cuts on and thats about it. I buy the extended plan and I still have to pay for someone from best buy to look at it. That feels just a bit illegal to me. What is the protection plan for them? Bottom line just dont buy it. They dont seem to care its a faulty product.

It sounded like water was swooshing in the bottom of this when we opened it but it was taped up so we hooked it up anyway. My washer went out and i have a pile of clothes. It was supposed to be new. It Set it up and balanced it per directions. Put in 3 bath sized towels to test it. Its been running non stop for 3 hours. It wont go oast the runse cycle. It drains halfway and then starts the rinse cycle again. I called best buy ad was tokd i can bring it back for an exchange. How am i supposed to get this back to the store when it wont drain. Best buy wont send anyone to get it or to look at it. I would stay away from this washer and honestly stay away from purchasing appliances at best buy

Agitator screw

Ive called insignia and the refuse to send another screw or agitator. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER IT ONLY LAST FOR 18 months. Should have brought Maytag!!!
