    Always buy from them, but Tom was beyond fantastic! He has been out 3 times to assist me, always keeps in touch by phone and text. The best for any appliance!!!!

    After one yr and two months the washer started leaking. Everything seams dry but the water comes out from under washer when washing.

    I purchased this washer because the 28yr old washer i had stopped working. When this one was ready to be picked up and got it home. I didn't see the drain hose anywhere in the machine or box. So i had to travel back 26miles tobthe store to pick up a hose. The next day when it was laundry day i had water all in the laundry room and kitchen area. I checked the drain hose and nothing was wrong with it. When i mopped up the mess i tilted the machine back and found out there wasn another hose missing. This hose is supposed to be attached to the water pump to the drain adapter. The store told me they couldn't do anything because they didn't carry any parts like that. So 2 weeks later I had to fabricate a 8in hose that would fit in that space. But now I have it up and working.
