Cuts on and thats about it. I buy the extended plan and I still have to pay for someone from best buy to look at it. That feels just a bit illegal to me. What is the protection plan for them? Bottom line just dont buy it. They dont seem to care its a faulty product.

Before this purchase I had a kenmore washer dryer set from Sears and had it for over 23yrs and now I'm saddened I chose this washer as a replacement.

We have had this washer for 12 months and it has been nothing but issues. Of course, 1 week after 1 year manufacturing warranty expires it will not complete a load of laundry. The washer gets caught up on the spin cycle and refills the tub with water over and over. Not a reliable washing machine for a family of 5. Beware.
