After reading other reviews I decided to return. It worked off an on until geek squad picked it up but for a new appliance, it should have worked properly each use.

So I have stuffed dryed before the next load is ready to move over so I wait on the washer more than the dryer...

Geek squad took it back. The second one delived makes a loud knocking noise. Geek squad was scheduled to come look at it, called me on the day and turns out it was scheduled incorrectly. I’m still waiting and been going to the laundromat for a month after purchase. I was told I can’t have them picked up for a return at the same time since they were purchased at different times since the washer was returned the first time. I asked to speak with a manager she hung up on me. I know it was not done on an accident since they ask for the phone in case we get disconnected. Terrible customer and the washer brand sucks. Fingers crossed that geek squad shows up this weekend. So much for the membership cause that’s gets you no place as well.

Works great and a value for the price but NOISY!

I am always jumping up to see what's up with the different noises it makes. It seems to wash well and as I said the price was RIGHT! Don't think I would have kept it if I had paid full price. And not sure I would recommend it at full price.

Returned it and got another and it did the same thing. Won't buy this brand ever!
