Have called customer service on multiple occasions. Geek Squad has been scheduled to come repair 5 separate times every time the appointment comes close it is canceled. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they will not return my call. The machine is designed poorly causing e4 errors and you can not get through the smallest of loads without it stopping and giving an error. My water bill has doubled since purchasing this machine. DO NOT BUY.

They had delivery issues even though I am a total tech member, the delivery and install was totally messed up and took a couple extra weeks to install.

It stays on a wash cycle. for a while before he goes to spend the end then fabric softener then spin again

If you do buy do not buy extender warranty. They dont even know how to fix it. They have to call the manufacturer to find out how to even take out the aggitator. Do not do any kind of small loads. It will move all clothes to one side and be out of balance.
