I have to start it and wait for that level to fill and then do it again to have my clothes submerged in water to wash.

It’s very loud and sometimes has a hard time wash when there’s barely any heavy clothes. I thinking about returning for some better. I must say I love how deep the washer is and I can wash my my bedding.

I recently bought a brand new washer & dryer. Which I had delivered. The delivery guys that delivered them called to ask if they could come way earlier. Which was fine, but I guess I only purchased service on one hookup- the washer. I had all of it cleaned out, & partially pulled out. But not unplugged yet. I had to take an important phone called, as I have been needing to speak to my brain surgeon desperately. That the moment the call came. So I was not present to babysit the switch of washing machine. I had hot water line & cold hooked up on my old washer. He took both my lines, & only hooked up a cold line. I prefer to wash in hot water. & Left the dryer in middle of small kitchen. He said it was simple to hook up, just match the colors to wire it. It was way more than that. Couldn't use for another month. I will not rely on best buy delivery again. The kid that sold use a full computer set up was over the top GOOD!!! DELIVERY CRAP!!!
