It was on sale when we purchased it so that is a positive. I'd like to write a more positive review but the fabric softener bin is not draining, basically I load the fabric softener, push the fabric softener button but the bin does not drain and the fabric softener does not go into the load. I've only had the washer a little over 2 weeks. I called Geek Squad but since the purchase is still within the 1 year warranty I have to call Insignia. Very frustrating! I hope to update with positive news.

The washer we received was defective. If it worked perfectly I’m sure I would like it. Ours didn’t fill tub with water when selecting wash cycles so it would start agitation with just soap and clothes (no water). In trying to figure out what was wrong, I realized that I spent too much time pressing buttons to turn things on and off. It became tedious quickly. I missed having good old fashioned knob to set the cycles and go. It did have some nice features though. It had a timer displaying how much time was left in the wash cycle and it was an HE machine. Since it was defective, I returned it for a model and brand with knobs. I’m happy that I did.

Every single load results in an error and won't finish the cycle, leaving everything soaking wet. There's a reason this thing is so cheap. Don't throw away your money.
