Very pleased with this purchase in the early going. Cleans my family's clothes very effectively, with a variety of settings and ease of use. Another plus is the depth of the drum allows for larger loads and bulky items.

This is a very terrible washing machine. I don’t know who came up with it, but they need to go back to the drawing board instead of the washing machine just spin around in a complete circle it agitates in half circles and all it does is ball up your clothes. It starts off, spinning with no water in it that I don’t understand it makes a lot of noise and the washing machine is always unbalance with your clothes in it. I will never buy, this again when something is not broke. You should never try to improve it. The older washing machines spin your clothes all the way around and were very quiet. These are very noisy and then you can’t even set it on a low setting. You have to allow your clothes to wash anywhere from 50 to 60 minutes and I think that’s ridiculous. That’s a waste at least with the old washing machines. You could do the water level all the way around this was a stupid invention and the person that called their self improving washing machine machines need to go back to the drawing board.

Wow are we happy with this washer! Clothes come out just great! Smell good.. clean... handles big Ol loads of towels and blankets...multiple settings are nice.. . Can really treat the load as it needs to be...bulky. Delicates.. quick wash....no big deal that loads take a bit longer to wash... when it’s done and your clothes look and smells good you are happy! We have stinky well water too and it still does a great job!

My mom loves it. He washer went out and she said this one is the perfect size. I personally prefer washers without agitators but that's what she wanted.

washer is way better than expected. It looked so small in store. Once it was at the house, it looks so much bigger. It works great, haven't had any issues with it so far. Recommend it

I purchased this washer looking for something inexpensive. I know they say you get what you pay for, but when it comes to this product I feel I made the best choice ever. I wasn’t expecting to be able to fit so much into it and it gets my clothes clean.

This best buy washer is good. Easy to use . I think its better then the high dollar brands. Plus this price should be on all washer store brand or name brand. I go through alot of appliances so far its working out of 27 washers that i have brought so far.

We brought this washer alongside the Insignia Gas Dryer. Our old dryer gave up even after doing repairs and our old GE washer was also on its last legs. We have used Insignia products before and they were good quality. Same can be said for this washer. It’s been almost a month since we purchased the washer and gas dryer. This is a smart washer and eco friendly washer. It has a lot of settings very futuristic yet very easy and simple to use. Makes doing laundry less intimidating and perhaps a bit fun too

The washer did well for 2 years, just recently started having issues! Cant wash bedding, sheets, or pants. Seems to eat them! The agitator seems to roll all things to one side which throws it off balance and throws errors. Rewashes and uses more water! I have to wash a load so big so that the washer actually finishes… but then again clothes arent clean! It has ruined 4 pairs if pants and three of my sheet sets! Irritsting!

Works well. Lots of options. The only thing I don’t care for is how the agitator moves back and forth to figure out the size of load as it puts all clothes on one side. So I have to start it and pause it to open it and rebalance the load. But otherwise it’s great
