    Using this appliance started on a good note. About 5 washes later, the sad story started. Whenever the washer entered into the rinse cycle in a normal wash, the water filling the drum would somehow reroute to flood the fabric control well, overflow and then drain down the front of the washer onto the floor. So two problems: 1) the rerouting of the water flow; 2) the design of the top of the washer slopes downward so any fluids (and ?) will drain or roll out of the washer rather than into the washer. I have video of it in action. The tech that came to investigate listened to me, immediately pointed to where the water was coming out and the water flow pathway to the floor. He set a wash in progress and demonstrated the exact issue. He left stating that it is the model with this problem, and I can get a refund or get a different washer.
