Worst buying experience we ever had .

The delivery guys said this happens a lot and they would install them so we could have working machines until the new ones come in and get delivered.We were told someone would be calling But no one called and we tryed to call the store we were put on hold for 30 to 40 min three different times and never did get to talk to anyone .Also was to get credit for vet kit that wasn't used.Delivery date was 12/8/2020.

Horrible waste of money

It won't spin the water from clothes and it keeps repeating the rinse cycle but no spin. I hate that I purchased this brand and bought it from an electronics store. My last washer from Lowes lasted 10 years before problems started.

Not a good washing machine

Not sure how it works yet but to arrive damaged from the factory is unfortunate. But it still arrived in better condition than the dryer which was DOA... LOL
