We are trying to give Best Buy a chance but holy cow its has been a struggle. We bought our last washer and dryer here and the dryer is great but the washer this time has been a huge pain. We have been working with someone great to assist us but this has been a very challenging and frustrating issue to deal with

Does anyone want to buy it ?? This machine will not dispense enough water, some of my clothing actually never gets wet. They are dry at the end of the wash cycle. I physically stop the machine and have to add pitchers of water in order to cover the clothing in the tub.

Worst purchase ever

It wouldn’t finish the cycle within 8 days of the purchase. It would get stuck on the spin cycle and show an error code. If I could give this zero stars I would. No one expects a brand new washer to break in 8 days. Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days so thank goodness it happened before then or I would have been stuck with it. Don’t buy, it’s a waste of money and it takes forever to get the issue resolved and your money back.
