Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waste of money, Doesnt spin dry well enough, always wet where you could still wring especially heavier clothing. good value but wished it was better, doesnt feel like it really cleans it well. just does one turn, stops and does this over the course of an hour, u can see clothes just floating in the tub, sometimes, some parts of clothes on top are not even under water. partner dryer is ok. not great but works. but cant really sense if all are dry. so have to do a normal heavy duty cycle everytime, then another 20-40mins on timed dry.

This unit lasted 33 days exactly and will not agitate or spin. Now as a family of 5 we have to wait nearly 2 wks to get it repaired. Shame on you Best Buy. Never will I purchase from you again...for at least another 10 yrs!
