The dispenser broke after only 14 months, leaking water all over my floor. The Geek Squad could not locate a vendor who had the part, and therefore couldn't repair it. Other contractors couldn't order the part either. What company sells a product that they cannot service or repair, especially after only 14 months? I have completely lost my trust in Insignia products, and lost my trust in Best Buy's customer service, which stated that my washer would be repaired the same day as my appointment.

This washing machine is supposed to be a HE unit, it uses more water than the 3 rivers in Pittsburgh. The functionality of this unit is mind boggling, if you let the drain hose lay on the floor the washing machine just keeps dumping out water as it's trying to fill up, if you run the drain hose up the back of the machine and into a tub, when you come back to do pull out your laundry there is a huge pool of water still in the machine. The brain of the washer doesn't utilize the pump correctly. After wasting my time talking to 3 techs (1 with Insignia) I returned it within a week of having it. I should have listened to the YouTube videos talking about the problems with this unit.

The top load washer with drain pump, the drain pipe should be hook up, otherwise the water level will not be filled to target water level.
