I might have been unlucky or Insignia may just be a throw-away brand. I will purchase from another retailer in the future. I have always had good luck with Lowes

THREE WEEKS TO REPLACE. THAN A WEEK LATER THE BOARD WENT OUT REPAIR SERVICE CAME OUT TO REPLACE BOARD THAN REPAIR MAN SAID IT WAS THE WRONG PART THAT IT WAS THE WATER VALVE NO GOOD. PIECE OF JUNK . We had the first one delivered and the tech wouldn't finish the install because it was defective. Multiple phone calls and being on hold for way too long got us a new one delivered. The tech started it and left, but the washer never made it through the cycle before it was saying Error. Again multiple phone calls being transfer to many departments we got yet another washer installed. This third one is so far working but it took three weeks to get to this point. Customer service was not easy to get a hold of and many times I was just pushed to a different department. I would recommend carefully researching before purchasing this washer.
