Great washer for the price, much bigger in the inside then I expected.

Like every Mexican mom I wash and dry family's clothes daily, and using this machine gives me so much pleasure, in addition to its low cost its efficiency is incomparable, it is silent, and the modern washing system does not mistreat our clothes. I am outraged to have made this purchase.

This is a great washer! I can fit a large comforter or 2 twin comforters with no problem. The washer is quiet and has several settings. My favorite is quick wash witch washes clothes in about 35 minutes. Makes my laundry day go by quick and the clothes are clean.

Great capacity and ease of use. The soap, fabric softener and bleach dispensers are easy to access and use multiple settings. Makes it easy to wash all your different items.

For years we wanted a Maytag washer for our last washer until we die. For 5 years it was only a disappointment, ruined a lot of cloths looked more dirty before we washed them, Using the same water and detergents. Then we finally got this washer and what a difference, some of our clothes are improving maybe we won't have to toss them out. Insignia is a good washer, Old school agitator. Hope this helps the next guy

I haven’t had a machine with an agitator in almost 20 years. I dont know what took me so long to return to one. It’s much quieter than my previous machine and doesn’t sound like a jet coming through. I love that my clothes come out untangled, cleaner and the simplicity of the control board with use of a dial for selection. The water level adjusts to the size of the load. . I purchased this model for my home in FL and couldn’t wait to look for an excuse to replace the one in my primary residence with this same model. My sister also has had this model for a year now with zero issues. And you can’t beat the price! I’m inclined now to try more Insignia products.

I am enjoying the look, ease, and quality of this washing machine. The first delivery was damaged but Best Buy quickly scheduled and delivered a new washer in a matter of days!

[Employee of bestbuy] Our washer and dryer were nearly 20 years old and starting to have issues so we replaced them with this washer and dryer. Quiet, efficient and worth the money. We didn't want to spend too much because we really don't do a lot of laundry. Overall, very happy.

I didn't set super high expectations for this washer. We just needed a washer, needed it fast and needed it cheap. We had set the search filters for just that, the cheapest that was available for delivery within a week. It arrived on time and is so far my favorite washer I've ever used and we have used several different kinds due to renting and moving a lot. It's an HE washer which is awesome to be able to save on water and energy, but it's also a top loader and allows me the option to add extra water to wash things like heavily soiled cloth diapers the way front loaders can't. It's very quiet, gentle on clothes yet I can definitely feel that they are getting more clean than our last washer was. I am more than happy with my choice!

Solid machine easy to use corrects itself if there's an error overall a lot of Bang for your buck

Amazing washer I was skeptical about it but it works great I used to work in appliances and I must say this is a great option especially for the price / Also it has a water plus feature so even though it is high efficiency you have the option to add more water lid does open during a wash you have to just pause it ! Very simplified and straight forward easy to understand

Excellent for the price. This has been an awesome washer, and I haven't had any kind of issues at all. Was a little iffy buy a washer with an agitator but this has been perfect for us.

Salesman Jury T. at the Springfield IL. store is the reason for this Letter. I have visited the store to several times to buy Speakers, Washer & Dryer and a Sony 75 inch Tv from Jury and he needs a raise imo! Our whole family shops at Best Buy and we were sitting there over Xmas eating, My uncle Had just bought a new Samsung 65inch TV, We started talking and both my father and both Uncles described & know salesman Jury and have also had great Service from him as well at our Spfld. Magnolia Center. What are the odds of that? I went back to Best Buy over Xmas Eve and Jury was there, he helped find me a 4k movie and we sat back and listened to the New B&W speakers, I told him my family all appreciate him and his excellent knowledge and Service, He looked at me and said "I love my job it was my Pressure" What a class act! As I was about to leave with my daughter I went to him and told him thanks again, Jury gave me a elbow bump and a air hug, I got home and told my wife where I have been. She figured Jury was working because I was gone so long! Jury deserves a raise and at very least a nice Xmas Bonus! Me and my whole Family all agree that Jury will succeed at anything or anywhere he decides to work. Best Buy is lucky to have him working at the Springfield Store..Thanks Jury T. Based on the few reviews I read it seemed like a good product other than noise complaints. Personally I don't notice it any more than any other washer I've owned. It is working flawlessly so far and with the way it agitates I certainly believe it will be better on energy consumption. I'm not a fan of locking lids but they all do that now so...no points against it there. My only complaint is the beginning of the cycle. I distribute the clothes evenly and it still tumbles them around before starting the water or soap.... I've tried just dumping clothes in and letting it adjust them but it still seems to bunch them up. If it had an option to turn that feature off it would have gotten 5 stars.

I bought a set fir my daughter and she loved them! I personally used them during a visit and we can both say ee preferred them to feobt loaders. Great deal and good quality!

I'm use to the old type of washing machines so when I purchased this one, a few things caught my eye. I like the design of it(see through top), different water cycle options, & low noise. I was confused at first on how to use but it didn't take me long to get the hang of it. I didn't expect it to lock after you started your cycle or to assemble the clothes(washing machine evens out your clothes) before washing but overall it's a good washer & I'm satisfied with my purchase. If you're use to using the old washing machines, this one may seem a little bit confusing for the 1st time but easier to use once you get the hang of it.

Gets clothes clean and is easy to use. I prefer a traditional agitator, but this washer still does a good job overall.

Great product. Runs quietly. I love doing my laundry with this machine.
