This washer is good for its price the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because when you put in bed sheets or towels in it and if it gets unbalanced during the cycles it will stop and start over again, but other than that it will do it’s job

Very happy with this purchase, the insignia washer is easy to use and can hold alot of clothes. The agitator works well.

Don't like the lack of control over the washer. I don't feel that is best for the wash or water use. It did a good wash. Nice big tub. Good spin. It's the side things that don't work for me. Like, it starts washing with no water. Like you put the amt of soap for that load in the tray. BLEACH GOES thru tray into tub.

I’ve been using this washing machine for a few months now, and I’m really impressed. It’s quiet, efficient, and easy to use. 1st install was faulty. Got another, and it's been outstanding since! Love this washer. I don't get the posts about the error messages. Then again, I paid for it to be setup. The guys did a great job making it stable, and it runs great!

I was very surprised on this washer machine it did the job very well so for it is still working great.

1st off... Im old school & my previous washer was over 15yrs old. Loved It!! So in my opinion, new technology in washers is a joke. It does a good job cleaning & is quiet. But.. after u put your soap & clothes in, there is a "pre-spin" that moves all your fabrics to 1 side of the washer. Not sure why. Washer has many options & settings but quick wash is the only option that doesnt take an hour or more to wash. The agitator turns but nothing like my old washer. Overall, great buy for the $$$.

This is a great washer! It looks very modern but functions very well. It has a see-through top, so you can see the clothes if you want. My favorite thing about this is the timer. Once you start a load, it tells you how much time is left. Super convenient. It is also very spacious and can hold a lot of clothes at once. Very user-friendly.

Efficient and quiet, easy to install, availability of product

Didn't know the tube was that deep. If you want a quick wash that's 30mins. Any other is an hour r less. Machine is quite as well.

After only a month, the Insignia I purchased is more than I expected from a machine at the price I paid. It has so many features that my previous washer did not have and I paid more for it several years ago. My clothes are noticeably cleaner. Therefore, so far, the washer was a great purchase. In addition, the crew took less than 15 minutes to connect and test the washer.

I am enjoying the look, ease, and quality of this washing machine. The first delivery was damaged but Best Buy quickly scheduled and delivered a new washer in a matter of days!

Great little washer. Got it on sale. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. Worth the price.

I haven’t had a machine with an agitator in almost 20 years. I dont know what took me so long to return to one. It’s much quieter than my previous machine and doesn’t sound like a jet coming through. I love that my clothes come out untangled, cleaner and the simplicity of the control board with use of a dial for selection. The water level adjusts to the size of the load. . I purchased this model for my home in FL and couldn’t wait to look for an excuse to replace the one in my primary residence with this same model. My sister also has had this model for a year now with zero issues. And you can’t beat the price! I’m inclined now to try more Insignia products.

I did alot or research prior to purchasing especially since this is my first one. Well after having it for about two months I am impressed! Its super quiet holds way more clothes than I expected and my clothes are always clean! And to think I was sceptical because of the price lol

We went for 4 years without a washer and dryer. Bought this insignia combo and they are great! No issues, im a insignia guy now.
