I order one and with the first load it was throwing error codes. Despite us following the instruction manual to a T. I got a replacement one and it did the same thing. Then when I tried to get compensation for all the laundromat trips while I wait for the replacement and realizing the replacement does not work. I got zero support from Best buy. Its was an awful experience and never should be.
