Agitator became lose and had to tighten every wash to use. Called customer service and was told to add tread lock to the bolt that hold agitator and the machine still washes crappy. Spend your money wisely even if its a little more for Name Brand.

Don't waste your money

We always use regular washers and dryers and they last about 18 months- never had I have one die in under a year.

Faulty parts

Per GeekSquad there was a faulty drain on washer that needs to be replaced. Three weeks later and the part is still being ordered in preparation of install. But if the first repair guy would have only ordered the correct part from the first appt. Never again!!!
