Wastes water, noisy, cheap quality

The cycles are very long, the machine is noisy, and the top part of the tub started peeling off. Should have gone with a known brand.

Won't purchase from Best Buy again

Found out it was actually returned due to a part malfunctioning. Still took a week to return it because you can't speak a person locally unless you went into the store. The dimensions are also different than what i experienced previous, couldn't open our back door.

It is loud and a normal wash cycle takes at least an hour. I wish I had not trusted the reviews before I made this purchase!

Piece of junk Do Not Buy!

Cost me $128 for a new protection plan each time it’s been replaced! Was told the protection plan would be refunded this time so I added it again but now they say the can’t refund it! BestBuy should be called WorstBuy!
