Both times bolts broke off inside and the basket spun all over the place, causing an error code. Just spend more and getter a better brand!

Also, when the machine tried to equally distribute the load at the beginning of the cycle, it instead piled them in one spot and the cycle was interrupted several times to manually redistribute the clothes. I love Best Buy, but I can’t recommend this product.

Replacement ASAP !! 1 month with no washer. pump

He came we helped him empty water from washer tub, till empty, so he could work on it .then he said the pump was the wrong pump . it takes another 2 weeks to order. Called to see if part came .. said he would schedule for 1/16/24. There should not be a pump problem on a new washer .. Lemon.. getting the run around now .Hard on this 76 yr. senior widow ..
