E1 code pops up too many times

And on the third time the technician deemed that it was better to just get a replacement washer then for them to fix it. So I recommend getting the three-year or better the five year replacement plan is this washer will not last you more than 2 years. So instead of getting a replacement washer of the exact one I upgraded and paid the extra to get an LG front load washer

Shortly right at the 2nd year mark all types of problems came up. Motor went out, agitators was down , this washer was absolutely terrible after the first mark of the 2nd year

Other than that its great.

DON’T. You MAY get 8 months of use then have an issue like mine has had. It worked great for 8 months. I loved the variety of settings and that our laundry was clean. THEN the door lock got stuck with a load in process. So far we have been given the runaround for TWO weeks regarding an appliance that is still under warranty. One rep says the necessary part can’t be ordered, the other rep can’t verify the part can’t be ordered; on the phone with 3 different companies regarding repair. Round and round and round and round. Waiting on hold for hours and hours. In the meantime, my whole house smells like soiled laundry (the machine has water in it and is too heavy to move) as there are clothes ruining in the locked machine. We’ve made 5 trips to the laundromat so far and have lost hope for a quick resolution.

Dealing with cutomer service has been awful. Received unit on January 30th, was supposed to be installed, they did not install it. They were supposed to remove the old unit, I had to call them to come back and get it. And now they want to charge me diagnostic fee. Now Have tp call the manufacturer because Best Buy will not stand behind the products they sell

The washer I received didn't have that. I've tried customer service but they didn't get back to me.

Terrible Washer

We got it installed and it leaked out of the back of the machine and out of the bottom. The agitator broke within 2 days and made it so clothes stayed incredible wet. Please do not buy this washer spend the extra if you can and get a better machine.

I go to do a load of laundry and once it was done, the washer was almost filled with water. The water just kept coming out and I had to turn the water off in order for it not to flood. Thankfully I bought the warranty for it and will be calling them tomorrow.
