Large capacity, easy to use, great quality, would recommend

I was looking for a low cost reliable Washing Machine. I just got married and moved into a new apartment with my wife. We didn't want to spend too much, but we wanted a great washing machine. I took a chance on Best Buy's in-house brand and we are very glad we did! The washer is great, we highly recommend! I chose this for the price and 4.1 cubic size. Large enough for King Size bedding.

It's a store brand and one of the cheaper washers you can buy, so we didn't expect a lot, but it's a very good washer with good capacity, the features you need and it's easy to use. It could be quieter, but overall it's a good machine.

To begin, I’d like to compliment the delivery/installation team. They were so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Both young men took their time to thoroughly explain how to use the machine. The washing machine is quiet and works extremely well on the settings I’ve used so far. I love that it locks immediately upon starting. I also love the look of the machine. It works well in the small space I have for a washer and dryer!

Didnt want to break the bank. I was able to purchase my washer for $400.00. I was thinking of going to Lowes, home depot and Spencer's. I had no idea Best Buy not only had the best prices the quality is also fantastic.

Replace a front loader with this machine. The tub is almost too big. I have to stand on tip toe to reach the bottom. It does a good job, but occasionally gives error code and can’t figure out what is wrong.

After looking at several machines and reading reviews for almost a month, I decided on this Insignia washer. The tub is huge and stainless steel which is great. Does take a little getting used to how it washes as compared to my old agitator top loader. Cleans great and no agitator damage to them. Minimal sound, less water usage, less detergent usage. Love it.

I love this washer it's a top loading washer, easy to operate, and have a nice size in the inside to accumulate a good bit of clothes when washing them. Nice washer pick up !

Great washer it’s quiet it’s big it’s affordable it’s perfect

After only a month, the Insignia I purchased is more than I expected from a machine at the price I paid. It has so many features that my previous washer did not have and I paid more for it several years ago. My clothes are noticeably cleaner. Therefore, so far, the washer was a great purchase. In addition, the crew took less than 15 minutes to connect and test the washer.

Efficient and quiet, easy to install, availability of product

This washer makes doing laundry so easy! I love the way it weighs my laundry first to see how much water to use. That kind of efficiency makes me happy as someone who is somewhat environmentally conscious. I’m absolutely thrilled with this washer.

I love thid washer. I kept refusing to buy new because it seems as thoigh i havr the worst luck. Id buy like new and ive been thru 2 washers in 4 years. This is petfect size for my fanily of 5 and works great!

The Insignia 4.1 Cu. Ft. 12 Cycle Top-loading Washer is very good, especially for the price. We bought this to replace an old top-loading washer of a similar footprint. Despite the similar dimensions, this new unit has a much larger capacity. Thus far it has proven effective at washing even the dirtiest of clothes, and with the larger capacity we do fewer loads. The water sensing technology has also been nice and cut our water use for washing clothes. The only negative thing I can say is that the solenoids seem to shut very fast and despite installing some water arrestors we still have some slight knocking. However, that seems more like a problem specific to my setup. I

I purchased this machine after my 23 year old washer failed to spin during wash cycles. I needed a smaller machine as my laundry space is more of a closet than a laundry room. This machine works well but it makes a loud thumping noise when it transitions to different aspects of the washing cycle. I presume this is an engineering design flaw as I had a great install. I've seen other reviews that mention this but otherwise it works as intended.
