Had to go into store for exchange because over the phone customer service hold time was long; attempted the chat option, they got back to me 2 hours later. 2nd one set for delivery and for whatever reason they didn’t contact me, was home, and they did not deliver. 4 days out for next delivery. Meanwhile, dirty laundry just piling up with no empathy from anyone z

I was told I would receive a replacement asap. I could not get in touch with anyone for a few days and finally went to a store and was told new ones where back ordered until April. I purchased an out of box washer and the delivery and pick up where miss communicated about times.

I really have no positive things to say about either machine. The washing machine leaks constantly, and it takes 90 minutes to dry an average size load of laundry. I spent over $1000 on these machines when my $600 used washer and dryer preformed better. I'm very disappointed with my purchase.

Washed great with ample amount of water but was unable to open the door at the end of cycle. The computer board was poorly designed and failed. So frustrated, felt like breaking the darn thing. Had to get someone to open the top up to get my cloths out.

Not a well made product. Also some advice, dont buy any appliance from Best Buy. Their customer service is awful and their delivery is not well managed. Do not waste your money. I do not like these new washing machines that have all the buttons and bells. It started leaking 9 months in. They came to fix under warranty. Replaced motor as machine leaking directly on it. Now having same issue with leaking and half of wash settings will not work or light up on panel. Warranty is now over and will have to pay to fix machine. Feel it should be replaced
