Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had nothing but issues with this washer since it was bought, the drum was not level even though the washer itself was level, like it was not put together properly, and about 9 months it started leaking and I can not for the life of me figure out where, called insignia multiple times for a repair appointment and no one ever showed up, now it’s passed the one year warranty mark and I am now stuck with a washer that can no longer be used.

I wish I could exchange it but if course by the time I realize how crappy the unit is my 15 day warranty was up- I didn’t think my drum that aggregates the cloths would fall off track after 2 months.

Best Buy selling multiple DAMAGED machines as new

The installation team says that they've seen many broken machines. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, I spent two hours trying to understand what was the issue, but keep getting transferred out to multiple departments. Seems that Best Buys has a lot of lemons of this machine and keeps trying to sell them as new.

Dryer hasn't worked since we got it. Been over 2 months and still can't get them to send repair man or replace. They keep cancelling our appointments 7, so far, without notifying us. The agitator separated from the machine on the third day of having it. I tried reattaching it but it kept falling off. Had them pick it up and bought a GE instead

The first one was banging when you washed. The second one was even worse, banging constantly, and the man that came to take the second one left a mess left the hoses on and one was leaking and I had a little tiny flood to clean up and it was a mess. They said it was sensing and then it would start. You can’t put clothes in ahead of time because they will tangle in the 30 second agitation. Very poorly designed machine!
