Geek Squad came out replaced some parts, still did not fix the issue. I've had the unit for a year now and doesn't finish a load now. Will be buying a different unit now.

It hasn’t worked properly from day one. It will not run a rinse cycle, so I have to wash every load twice and then drain and spin. I would have returned it, but I moved out of the area and the washer is for the new home. Dryer works great though.

The drain hose broke 5 months after installation and flooded our downstairs ruining 3 kitchen cabinets and all of our LVP flooring. It makes loud banging noise when filling up the softner. A blanket is now stuck under the agitator.

It barely agitates, constantly puts itself out of level and it will run a rinse cycle for an hour. The stress of this washer might kill me. The worst 550 dollars ive ever spent.

First, Best Buy installed incorrectly and my floor was ruined within days of owning. Despite filing a claim, I could not reach a person to receive help or compensation. They did reinstall. A year later, the sensor failed and water overflowed into my second floor. I was able to clean this one quickly but now the warranty is expired. I troubleshooted as best I could and now it doesn’t fill enough or fill again during rinse cycle. Repair guy said parts are on years-long back order. Last time I buy Insignia or Frigidaire. I bought way too much of both brands over the years and have not had the best experiences.

Poor Quality Control

Ordered this one and it took another 2 weeks and a day to get it and it came damaged. Talked to someone from best buy working remotely who could care less about my experience. The manager offered my two options, send for another one or take a payment which is a fraction of the cost of the machine cost

Broken in a month

Have to wait two weeks to get a repair and customer support is not supportive. Will never buy an Inisgnia product again. I think this company should reevaluate itself and just give up.

Was given $107 refund instead of returning. Refund never showed up, chatted with CS and they issued another refund of only $100 this time. Still haven’t received it. Now I’m passed the return date and stuck with it.
